If you are suffering from mental ill-health and/or addiction challenges, you are not alone. Music Support's confidential Helpline, run by peers with lived experience, is available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm on 0800 030 6789. The charity also provides fully-accredited training in Mental Health First Aid, designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill-health and provide help on a first aid basis.
