Viking metal band VARG was formed in 2005 and has so far released three full-length album, the first one: "Wolfszeit" had a major impact on the dedicated underground Pagan Metal crowd and gave the band a big boost.

2010 they released the album "Blutaar" on Noise Art Records and it took the band's old sound to a whole new level of brutality and thicker sound.

On March 4 2011 was the latest album released, "Wolfskult" and in August 2012 VARG will make their Sweden debut at Rockstad: Falun!
