Relapse Records has announced the signing of Japan’s Coffins. The band is currently writing material for its fourth full-length album, to be recorded later in the year.

Coffins is a three-piece death/doom band from Tokyo that formed in 1996 and has previously issued three full-length albums and numerous split releases.
