As an artist, researcher and educator, Jonas Studer combines the fascinating world of fungi with art and science. His work is based on Éduard Glissant's Tout-Monde idea, which defines human identity through diversity. Studer explores the Fungi as a living counter-model to traditional concepts. Jonas Studer is the founder of Pilz potz Blitz and part of the Society for Mycelial Studies at the University of Art and Design Linz. When he is not working in the studio or in the mushroom laboratory, he can be found in the music studio, where he lives out his creativity in the element of electronic music as Badawan.
