It's that time of the year again where we are brimming full of excitement, what with The Great Escape 2013 only a matter of months away, the prospect of a weekend full of live music and joviality down by Brighton's seaside fills us with warmth as the snow falls outside. In a matter of weeks, we'll unveil our first lineup announcement too, so it is all go here at The Great Escape HQ as we look forward to bringing the latest in exciting new bands and artists from around the world to your attention.

In the meantime, we've been nominated for "Best Small Festival' in this year's NME Awards, so don't waste any time in casting your vote for us here! The winners will be announced on the 27th February at Troxy and we think we definitely deserve to be crowned as the best small festival of 2013 or any other year for that matter!
