Wir haben eure vielen Rückmeldungen ernst genommen und bieten den Besitzern eines Sitzplatztickets neu folgendes Angebot an.
Da es im Leichtathletikstadion nicht möglich sein wird Sitzplätze anzubieten und auch kein abgetrennter Sektor mehr angeboten wird, erhalten sämtliche Käufer eines Sitzplatztickets Bons für zwei Getränke und eine Wurst. Dies entspricht mehr als dem Aufschlag von CHF 10.- für die Stehplätze. Wer an diesem Angebot nicht interessiert ist, kann sich die Differenz von CHF 10.- auch bei einem Infostand auszahlen lassen. Wir sind überzeugt mit dieser Aktion, die am Tag der Veranstaltung stattfindet, den "Verlust" des Sitzplatzes auszugleichen und euch aufzuzeigen, dass wir die Anliegen der Besucher sehr ernst nehmen.

Ebenso gibt es Änderungen bezüglich der Anreise mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr. Neuer Anfahrtsbahnhof für die Extrazüge ist nicht mehr der Bahnhof "St. Jakob" sondern der Bahnhof "Dreispitz". Diese Änderung erfolgt aufgrund des neuen Austragungsorts, welche eine Anpassung des Verkehrskonzepts erforderte. Auch dieser Bahnhof liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Festivals.

SONISPHERE congratulates the FC Basel for winning the swiss championship and is sure that the atmosphere will be as intensiv and enthusiastic at the festival. The feedbacks we got from the ticket-holders have been taken seriously; that's why we can provide to all holders of seating tickets following offer. It wont be possible to provide seating places in the track-and-field-stadium nor will it be possible to offer a separate sector. Every holder of a seating ticket will obtain 3 vouchers for 2 drinks and 1 sausage. The value of this vouchers is higher than the surcharge of CHF 10.- you paid for the seating ticket. Ticket holders who aren't interested in this offer are also allowed to reimburse the difference of CHF 10.- in cash at any info point. We take your feedbacks very seriously and hope that this possibility to choose between the two offers will compensate you for the "loss" of the seating place.
There are also some changes regarding how to get to the festival area with public transportation. The new train station for the extra-trains will be the station "Dreispitz" and not the station "St. Jakob" anymore. This station is also very close to the festival area. This change has been done due to the venue change and the involved adaptation of the traffic concept.
