Primavera Sound and Boiler Room, audio-visual platform that specialises in covering and broadcasting live electronic musical events, will collaborate together for the first time on Thursday 23rd May from the Parc del Fòrum of Barcelona.

adidas Originals and Boiler Room will broadcast the concert by Simian Mobile Disco, absolute kings of the most festive new rave of the last decade who with their albums Unpatterns (Wichita, 2012) and Live (Delicacies, 2013) are evolving towards an incredibly mature musical discourse that sounds like Detroit techno, IDM and UK bass.

Actress, co-founder of the label Werk discs and author of the three most abstract and restrained albums of the last few years -Hazyville, Splazsh and R.I.P. -, will also give one of his unpredictable live concerts. Jackmaster on the Glasgow label Numbers, that has in the last few years become one of the most influential of new house/bass, will also offer one of their explosive sets.

Pional, from Madrid, will also be with them. Right-hand man of John Talabot live, who has tracks on labels such as Permanent Vacation and Hivern Discs and several edits on his SoundCloud profile that are close to perfection. Also Headbirds, a major presence on the local electronic music scene, will present "Sharon Highlights" -his EP on El Segell del Primavera-. And the Barcelona artist BeGun completes the line-up, experimental bass music producer who is now reaping the fruit of his excellent mix tapes, remixes and one EP on subterfugev -San Francisco- that has become one of the most introspective and unique records of this year.

adidas Originals x Boiler Room Primavera Sound Broadcast will take place from 8pm to 1am in a special area behind the PrimaveraPro area and all those who have a ticket for Thursday or the Primavera Sound 2013 Barcelona full festival ticket will have free access. Boiler Room has taken the lead over the influential pirate radios in the UK and has become one of the most important performances of electronic music, retransmitting more than 30 shows per month that are then available on the web page.
