The Kapitals, (formerly The Capitals), a three-piece band from the north side of Dublin, return to Oxegen 2011 after a fantastic year.

With support from a hugely loyal following and the band released their debut EP "Take Everything' which was very well received, while their second single "Still Broke Enough', with its hooky guitar riffs, gritty vocals, driving beat and wealth of teen spirit may well become a teenage anthem to rival "Teenage Kicks'  by The Undertones.

They cite, as their influences, such classic bands such as Thin Lizzy and Joy Division and more recent artists such as Oxegen headliners The Strokes and White Lies and just about everything in between.
