Since the relaunch of The London Intl Ska Festival last year we've had a lot of emails and requests from you. We've taken alot of them onboard to make 2012′s London Intl Ska Festival an even better experience for you.

- Under 18s & Wheelchair users
Both band venues we're using this year - O2 Academy Islington and O2 Shepherds Bush Empire allow under 18s in their venues including 14s if accompanied by an adult at all times. Both venues also have access & facilities for wheelchair users.

- Cheaper Tickets
Times certainly are tough. Whilst not cutting back on quality or quantity of line up (we still have over 40 acts including many world exclusives) we've reduced our 4 day ticket by £7 and our day tickets have been lowered by between a whopping £19.50 and £7!! We've also reduced our booking fee's considerably. Tickets available now from Ticketweb and HMV (online and in shops).

- Times
Running from 5pm-3am was too much for some people last year. Some just wanted to see the bands and catch the last tube. Some just wanted to come for DJs/club nights. So this year we've seperated them for you. Bands will be finished by 11.30pm each night in time for the last tube. If people want to party on longer we have events running on the Friday and Sunday all night (through to 6am from 10pm) within a 2 min. walk from O2 Islington Academy at The Islington Metalworks. And will be announcing other events for the Thursday & the Sunday.

- Location/Travel Links
Both O2 Academy Islington and O2 Shepherds Bush Empire are in central London and have great travel links for London Underground (Angel and Shepherds Bush tube stops) and bus routes.

We hope all these changes will make 2012 the best year yet for The London Intl Ska Festival and look forward to seeing you there.
