ILOVETECHNO: The event is something special (10.11.12). What is your favorite number (or number sequence) and why? Is it superstition?
Spank Rock:  "I like the sequence 11:11. It was the time that I was born and if my mom happens to see it she always gives me a call. Then recently I found out that other people make wishes when they see it."

ILOVETECHNO: What do you do before you go on stage ?
Spank Rock:  "I know this is corny, but I do jumping jacks and drink tons of water. Then I give my DJ a hug and we tell each other to "kill it."

ILOVETECHNO: What are you doing at I Love Techno this year?
Spank Rock: "I'll be playing some jams from my latest album "Everything Is Boring And Everyone Is A Fucking Liar'. Then Taz-manian Devil-spinning around the place to see my friends play their sets."

ILOVETECHNO: Who else are you looking forward to seeing at I Love Techno?
Spank Rock: "Boys Noize, SCNTST, FlyLO, EROL, TNGHT, JAMIE XX, A-TRAK, MODESELEKTOR,  & GESAFFELSTEIN (hope I didn't forget anyone). This line up is sick!"

Spank Rock: "The one that goes: BLEEP BLEEP BOOP BLEEP BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM!"

ILOVETECHNO: What do you love about the I Love Techno festival? How does it compare to other festivals?
Spank Rock: "This will be my first time! I'm a Virgin!"

Spank Rock: "SCNTST!"
