ABOUT TREATMENTS-
Body massage- After a consultation and discussion about pressure preference, Phoebe will tailor your treatment to focus on problem areas and meet client aims. Incorporating elements of various styles from Swedish to Deep Tissue to provide client with the ultimate relaxing experience. Body massage is a hands-on bodywork practise involving the manual manipulation of soft tissues, tendons, connective tissues and ligaments to relieve stress and tension. To provide relief from injury or to just simply feel pampered, relaxed and have an enhanced sense of wellbeing. Massage is an ancient practice dating back for thousands of years. It is instinctual for humans to touch or rub to soothe an area causing pain or discomfort. Body massage has an incredible effect on the functioning of all body systems and wonderful psychological effects such as giving client a feeling of comfort and connectedness.

Aromatherapy massage- Aromatherapy involves the therapeutic application of essential oils. In recent times, aromatherapy has become increasingly popular and is gaining more recognition in the scientific and medical field. After consultation has taken place, a choice of oils will be applied with the massage medium in use. The treatment is gentler than a standard massage which makes it extremely relaxing as you drift with the blissful scents of the oils, which penetrate the skin and enter the circulatory system, harnessing the power of the plants unique properties.

Scalp / Back neck & shoulder massage (seated)- This classic massage technique works wonders for stress, tension and energetic blockages. This deep massage targets areas most vulnerable to tension in the body. Both massages include work over the arms and hands.

Reflexology- Reflexology is a non-intrusive Complementary Therapy. A reflexology treatment works from the inside out. A medium-light pressure is used over precise points to stimulate the nervous system, and therefor triggering a response from the brain, and to the body system. The philosophy of reflexology is the belief that all organs, body systems and glands are reflected on the feet's reflex areas. By massaging and stimulating the reflexes on the feet, using various techniques it has a direct effect on the corresponding organ or system, promoting relaxation and wellbeing.

Thai Foot Massage- is a Traditional Thai Medicine Practise (TTM). The massage incorporates work over the bodies Sen Lines of the lower leg and feet, the use of mobilisation techniques, stretches, deep petrissage and effleurage and the use of a massage stick to target acupressure points. This massage is great for tension relief and bringing the mind and body back to a harmonious balanced state.

Acupressure Facial Massage- This treatment is a deep facial massage, targeting acupressure points of the face, shoulders and décolletage. Skin will be lightly cleansed and prepped prior to massage. The indulgent 30minute treatment will benefit drainage of lymph, increase skins metabolism and help relieve sinus blockages.
