Music legend Nile Rodgers has promised to turn The Chic Organisation's Main Stage RockNess appearance into a set packed with the Greatest Hits of his career.

Nile has been responsible for more hit records than all the other acts on the Highland weekender combined.

"That's the great thing about our show. You hear more hit records than anybody else with the exception of maybe U2 or Madonna. With Chic, you'll hear 13 or 14 No.1 records in a row."

"It's not just Le Freak and Good Times. It's We Are Family and He's The Greatest Dancer, it's I'm Coming Out and Upside Down. Those huge records are part of the narrative of my whole life."

Currently producing Daft Punk, Rodgers says "I'm busier than I've ever been in my life".
