Here there are the new artists confirmed for next edition of Primavera Club, who will happen simultaneously in Barcelona and Madrid between the 9th and the 13th of December 2009. The comeback to the stage of legendary scotlands The Pastels, Alan Sparkhawk´s rock side fronting Retribution Gospel Choir, Ted Leo & The Pharmacists´power pop punk and Standstill, one of the most powerful spanish bands are some of the most remarkable additions.

But there´s more: A Place To Bury Strangers thunderous shoegaze, the twee punk sounds of So Cow, a master digging gems as it is David Holmes, the classic pop of newyorkers The Ladybug Transistor, electric songwriter Kurt Vile accompanied by The Violators, the noisy collision between jazz and math rock of Zs, the sensibility of Tara Jane O'Neil, Beach House and that sound who drinks from indie rock and shoegaze, Neon Indian´s electro pop lo-fi and the dream folk sonorities of Marissa Nadler.

The local section comes with a good bunch of upcoming and refreshing bands: Mujeres and their unstoppable garage beat, that whirlwind of noise, tribalism and improvisation called Za!, from Madrid the multi-faceted rock of Atención Tsunami and from Asturias Chiquita y Chatarra, a crazy duo playing primitive rock´n´roll.

The rest of the artists confirmed are: Molina/Johnson (Jason Molina and Will Johnson), Cass McCombs, Jeffrey Lewis & The Junkyard, The Black Heart Procession, Health, Port O'Brien, Cymbals Eat guitars, Deer Tick and Wave Machines.

From the 1st of September three-day tickets for the Primavera Club Barcelona 2009 and Primavera Club Madrid 2009 will go on sale at the price of 40 € (subject to booking fee). This will be the price until the 30th of September.  On the 1st of October the price will go up to 45 € (subject to booking fee).

Remind that Primavera Club Barcelona 2009 + Primavera Sound 2010 and  Primavera Club Madrid 2009 + Primavera Sound 2010 tickets are still available at a price of 110 € (subject to booking fee). On the 1st of October the price will go up to 120 € (subject to booking fee).

All the compound tickets for Primavera Club 2009 will let you into all the venues of the festival, subject to the capacity of each venue. Some of the participating bands will perform more than once in the same city.

The minimum age to get into the Primavera Club festival is 18 years old.
