Here below you'll find the latest batch of confirmations for Estrella Damm Primavera Sound next edition. The british band The Horrors are joining the artists' line-up in the Parc del Fòrum to present their second record (about to be released): with a whole different sound pushing its way through their new  compositions, you will definitely hear a lot about them.

New bands are also blending into the showcases previous to the festival. On Monday 25th will be held the BCore label showcase at the Sidecar venue, with shows of Elvira, Oniric and Joan Colomo. The Disciplines (Ken Stringfellow's new band) will be playing likewise during the Heart Of Gold showcase and the one man band King Automatic will be part of the acts of the Holy Cobra Society showcase at the Sidecar venue.

The already classic concerts celebrated in the Barcelona subway, under the name "Primavera Sound baixa al Metro", will be held on the 23th of May with the participation of the following bands: Mujeres (the promise of the most lo-fi garage of the city come true), Centella (project of Padi from Sybil Vane and Dani from Tarántula), QA´A (the most experimental rock made in Barcelona and with a new record produced by Hans Joachim Irmler from Faust) and Gúdar (pop from Baix Llobregat).

Joining the bands already announced for the 30th and 31th of may at the Joan Miró park, will be playing Hola A Todo El Mundo from Madrid, the psychedelic band Sleepy Sun (performing their second show after the one at the Parc del Fòrum), Alondra Bentley introducing her debut album and Sedaiós from Barcelona.

Just as last year, reservation tickets for some of the performances that will take place in the Auditori will be put up for sale. These reservation tickets, that assure a non numbered seat for a specific concert, will only be available at the festival venue on the same day of the performances, at the price of 2 € each. Only a percentage of the seating capacity is assigned to these reservation tickets, therefore it is not compulsory to purchase them in order to access the Auditorium. We remind you that the Auditori has limited capacity.

These are the bands who will be performing at Auditori stage: My Bloody Valentine, Michael Nyman, Joe Henry, The Bad Plus, Damien Jurado, The New Year, Alela Diane and Extra Life.

As a special measure, the whole seating capacity of the Auditori will be put on reservation sale for My Bloody Valentine's concert on Friday 29th of May. You will be able to purchase these tickets for 2€ in the the festival site at the Parc del Fòrum on the same day of the concert. It is essential to acquire this ticket to access the My Bloody Valentine Auditori's show and to assure yourself a non-numbered seat in the hall. We remind you that My Bloody Valentine will perform twice at the festival, the other performance will take place on Thursday 28th of May outdoor.

Until April 15th we will continue with the campaign of three-day tickets and one-day tickets for the new edition of Estrella Damm Primavera Sound at the price of 145 € (subject to booking fee) and 60 € (subject to booking fee) respectively. From April 16th until the festival three-day tickets will cost 155 € (subject to booking fee) and one-day tickets will cost 70 € (subject to booking fee).
