More than 50 years of career and Malcolm John Mac Rebennack, Jr., is still here immune to the passing of time and the whims of fashion, hoarding the spirit of New Orleans in a difficult and mutant discography in which blues-rock come together with jazz and funk.  

A born survivor who has recently reappeared on the scene thanks to the series "Treme" and above all thanks to his alliance with Dan Auerbach (The Black Keys) in the explosive and fiery "Locked Down", the author of "Gris-Gris" arrives to Madrid with his voodoo-rock his powerful voice to share half a century of traditional American music, arcane rhythms and total adherence to the concept of music based on roots and groove.
