Across the stages OXEGEN stars were paying tribute to their favourite acts with some fantastic cover versions.On the Red Bull Academy Stage Jenna Toro covered You?ve Got the Love, the Candi Staton classic made massive last summer by Florence + the Machine ? who?s due to take to the main stage just after 6pm tonight.

The up and coming singer also impressed fans with a cover of Nirvana?s ?Smells Like Teen Spirit?.

Over at the Heineken Green Spheres Stage Panama Kings rocked out with a cover of the Pixies song Where Is My Mind.
On the Vodafone Stage punk rockers Kids in Glass Houses showed their softer side ? decorating their microphone stands with pink flowers.

2. Wallis Bird had a great night?s craic with fans when she camped last night: ‘Been here since yesterday, amazing! ‘This is brilliant , camped last night, second time at Oxegen’

3. There?s also been lots of banter back and forth between bands and fans on Twitter bands.
Mega DJ Calvin Harris told his followers: ?I’m off to Oxegen festival in Ireland now…absolutely cannot wait!?
And Ellie Goulding appealed to fans to help her out with her festival wardrobe, tweeting; ?Big mistake not bringing wellies to oxegen. I don’t own any. Anyone got a spare pair here, size 6 I am.? – later we got her fixed up with a pair of OXEGEN Dunlop Wellies…

4. Two Door Cinema Club tweeted: ?Took a dander there. Met some nice people. Had a few beers and now off to the stage. All that and its only lunch time!??
The Northern Irish band?s main stage set was definitely one of the highlights of the day today and lead singer Alex Trimble was stunned by the response:
