Mixmag launches the definitive dance music poll

In 2010 Mixmag - the world's biggest, longest-running and most respected dance music magazine - ran a poll to discover the greatest DJ of all time.  In 2011 it's the turn of the bands, beat-makers and producer-performers as we ask:

Who is the greatest dance act of all time?

From Deadmau5 to Daft Punk, The Prodigy to Pendulum, Mixmag - the only dance music magazine with the heritage and credibility to run such a definitive poll - is asking dance music fans from around the world to vote for their ultimate dance music act.

We've drawn up a list of 100 nominees - running from A Guy Called Gerald to X-Press 2 - to kick things off.  But fear not, if your favourite act isn't on the list, there is even an option to nominate your personal greatest dance act of all time.
