Surreal 3D aesthetics by Android Jones are matched by a conceptual soundscape spanning the old-school days of Goa Trance to the contemporary theme, Psytrance and Beyond. The Dance Temple is exactly that: A temple. Its incarnation manifests a return to the primordial feeling of sacredness. It is an energy that will be heightened by rituals conducted at the opening ceremonies by shamanic and tribal peoples.

The Dance Temple becomes a meeting point for transparency where there is no room for ego – opening us up to meaningful, spiritual connections. We transcend all boundaries of culture, creed, colour in this tribal gathering – apparent as we step on to the dance floor and feel the music take us on a magical, emotional journey.

Psychedelic Trance has been one of the most exciting underground music that we've experienced since the 1980s. Back in the day when it all began, no one knew the direction it would take. Some 20 years later, legendary acts of the old school bring it on at the Dance Temple in a special retrospective. ‘Goa Trance’ is the name of a series of DJ sets and live acts that celebrate the amazing quality of the old days and put it in contact with the modern crowd on a positive genereational clash. Artists like Gus Till, Green Nuns of the Revolution, Joti Sidhu, Psychopod aka Saiko-Pod, Man With No Name, Sandman, Filteria, Anders Tilman and more transport us back to the days when it all began.

The 3-dimensional vista of ‘Live Soundtrack’ becomes a mind-blowing backdrop when cinema and a live act come together for the first time in the history of psytrance.
