Savage Messiah And Flayed Disciple Confirmed For Bloodstock 2012

Bloodstock Open Air has announced two more artists to join the mammoth line-up for this summer's event.

Brit thrashers Savage Messiah will be joining the S.O.P.H.I.E stage on Friday night. For a taste of what to expect, download latest album "Plague Of Conscience" for free via their labels website at www.earache.com. Says the band:

"On behalf of everyone in the band I'd like to say how much we're looking forward to being part of the Bloodstock Open Air festival in 2012. The bill looks really strong so to be included is a huge honour. Thanks to everyone who has been plugging us relentlessly on twitter/facebook etc..we'll see you at the front!"

Joining them are death metallers Flayed Disciple. Recently seen accompanying Cerebral Bore and Aeon on tour. The former METAL 2 THE MASSES winners look forward to returning to Catton Hall:

"It's been an awesome ride since winning the Metal 2 The Masses competition and playing the New Blood Stage back in 2010. We've played some great tours and met some incredible bands since then, but there's no event that means more to us than Bloodstock. To be invited back this year and to play the Sophie Lancaster Stage is unreal"

BLOODSTOCK OPEN AIR 2012 takes place at Catton Hall August 9th - 12th.
