FACT was founded in 2003 as a British bi-monthly music and youth culture magazine. It went digital in 2005 and in 2009 became exclusively an online magazine, after the website's status overtook that of the print magazine. Now, in 2012, FACT retains a status as one of the Internet's most popular music publications, with nearly half a million readers worldwide, full-time staff in both the UK and US, and its own online TV channel, FACT TV.
