First Capital Connect is laying on extra trains on Saturday and Sunday between Stevenage and London so Sonisphere festival-goers can catch all of Iron Maiden and Metallica's headline sets. On Saturday trains will run at 11.25pm, 12.35am and 1.07am, while on Sunday they've be extra trains at 12.05am, 12.34am and 12.55am. They'll also be an extra train running on Monday morning at 10.12am.

Trains on this route are normally four carriages long, but between July 3-7 they'll be doubling them up and in some cases tripling them, so they have 12 carriages. First Capital Connect will also be bringing in extra staff on the route for the duration of the festival.
