The second night of Sónar 2014 sees the Fira Gran Via 2 area become the world's biggest club: 4 simultaneous stages with shows by some of the most interesting names on the Spanish and international scene.

SonarClub presents the premiere of the new show by Massive Attack, which promises to be a further step forward in their audiovisual exploration of political propaganda and technological influence, in which they will be performing the tracks that have made them a group that is a benchmark for our time. The largest stage at Sónar by Night will also be hosting spectacular concerts by Rudimental and I Am Legion, two of the most powerful British bands to see on a stage right now. Before that, the night kicks off with Four Tet on the decks, who will be followed by other heavyweights including Matthew Dear, Dj Snake (triumphing all over the world with "Turn Down For What") and Camo & Krooked, who will be responsible for rounding off proceedings with their new generation jungle.

Chic (led by Nile Rodgers: from "Le Freak" to Daft Punk's "Get Lucky") are the stars of the line-up on the SonarPub stage on their own merits, with a concert which will not be lacking any of their immortal hits that are now part of funk and disco history. Before them, we will have the opportunity to listento new songs live from Lykke Li and dancing to sessions by James Murphy (who has become a Sónar classic) and Shelby Grey, the first to take control of the booth. In the final straight, we have three of the most renowned dancefloor maestros of today: France's Brodisnki, Germany's Boys Noize and Canada's Tiga.

The emerging talent of Pau Roca, a key figure on the new Barcelona scene, will be starting the night off at SonarLab, before the shows from the fantastic Yelle (presenting a new album) and grime-hop supergroup Future Brown(with Fatima Al Qadiri and two members of Nguzunguzu), and the sets from UZ (the king of trap) and the unprecedented head to head featuring two of the biggest names: James Holden and Daphni (Dan Snaith, from Caribou). For the finale, the showcase by the legendary Leeds label 2020Vision, with the live show by Debukas, a house set by the great Paul Woolford and the masterful hands of Ralph Lawson, head of the label and an internationally admired dj.

The most unorthodox stage at Sónar by Night, SonarCar, will be hosting all kinds of sounds: from the euphoric electro pop of Xavi Mateu & Carlos Bayona to the powerful drops and rhythms of South Africa's Sibot, by way of the deep and dynamic electronica of Laurel Halo, the ghetto beats of Dj Nigga Fox, bass music from BSN Posse and deep techno from Uner.
