FINAL TAKES PLACE AT THE SUB CLUB, GLASGOW THIS SATURDAY!

It's the mother of all competitions and this year's RockNess DJ competition, presented by our friends at Mixmag, has been the biggest yet!

The stakes are high...the once in a lifetime chance to blow the Arcadia UFO back into orbit and share the same festival bill as Deadmau5, Justice, Jeff Mills, Dave Clarke, Hudson Mohawke, James Holden, Ivan Smagghe, Claude VonStroke, Andrew Weatherall and Sean Johnston, Annie Mac and many more truly incredible electro pioneers.

The competition has been fierce with hundreds of entries tantalising the ears of our esteemed judging panel which includes RockNess boss Jim King, Mixmag clubbing mogul Duncan Dick, Sub Club directors Mike Grieve and Barry Price, Soma Records supremo Dave Clarke and famed Sub Club residents Harri & Domenic (Subculture).

But choose the finalists they must and so without further ado let's hear it for (in alphabetical order);

ALOTTARRHYTHMMAN (Inverness), CHEYNIE (Banff), JONNY MACLEAN (Fort William), KOTTIS (Edinburgh), NO STRINGS ATTACHED (Galashiels), PETE LEWICKI (Inverness) and TRAMS (Glasgow).

All seven finalists are now heading for the Grand Finale at the Sub Club this Saturday 19^th May where one will join previous winners FUAD, Neil Rankin and Ryzo as they are named RockNess 2012 WINNER!
