We would like to thank you all for the feedback you have given. We would like to share our action list based on your feedback. Just want you to know that we do our best to improve a few things next year, although some might not be as easy as you think. Improvements for 2016 - Sound
We agree: the sound was not as good as in the last few years. Although not all performances suffered from it in the same way. At times it was too loud, that is very true. We will seriously look into the quality of all equipment we rent. We hear you, point well taken. - Airco at Sjiwa
This is something we have known for a few years but it is quite complicated to explain. We will check our options together with Sjiwa. As the number of weekend visitors keeps increasing, we will have to do our best to solve this problem. - Merchandise
We will talk to Jürgen Stuhr of MetalMailorder to see if there are possibilities to print more different ProgPower T-shirts (or other merchandise). And we will discuss how we can improve the CD market downstairs with more progmetal related stuff. We have already discussed a few ideas. - More varied music in between the bands
Something we are very aware of, but in the end always forget to take care of. Our promise: this will be improved next year. - More food options
This year we had falafel, fruit and ice cream (besides the regular bbq). You all liked this a lot and many of you want us to offer even more variation. On this one we can not make any promises but we will have brainstorm sessions on how to improve our little outside "Sjiwa market square' even more. - A "real' pre-party on Thursday evening
This year we offered a diner buffet at The Berckt. Most of you were really pleased with this, but would like an acoustic after diner performance . So we will arrange for a serious pre-party next year! We already have a cool idea for this. What we will not do - Shuttle bus from De Berckt to Sjiwa
This is something we have tried in the past, unfortunately it was not profitable for a taxi company. We will however inform De Berckt, maybe they have some ideas. - A bar outside Sjiwa
This won't be possible, we need permission from the local government: it is not allowed to sell beer outside the venue. - Diner-break at least an hour
Yes, we know, and we also want to keep the diner-break one hour long. But sometimes we have to change this because we need more change-over time for bands, like this year with Soen. So no guarantee on a diner-break of 60 minutes. - Make PP Europe 3 full days
We will keep the festival the way it is, 1 evening and 2 full days. Our crew, especially the backstage crew, has to work very hard during ProgPower. This is the max for them, they also want to enjoy the festival. Keep in mind we are working with volunteers only! The post Feedback on your feedback appeared first on ProgPower Europe.
