Thank You!

Well it?s been over 2 weeks now since the end of the 11th Iceland Airwaves Festival.  This was without a doubt the best one yet, amazing bands, amazing crowd and great overall spirit.  Thanks to all of those who participated, attended and helped us out making this one of the most memorable festivals to date.

Special thanks to our main sponsors, Icelandair and City Of Reykjavik for their support.  We would also like to thank the Iceland Programme of the Ministry for Foreign Affair, The Trade Council of Iceland, Iceland Tourist board, Iceland Music Export, Norwegian Embassy in Iceland,  all our partners (see more here) and of course all the artists and staff and participants that made this available.  We have already started looking into bookings for the 12th Iceland Airwaves festival so first bands will be announced very soon along with the official dates so stay tuned for that.

Airwaves TV

This year we launched our own online Airwaves TV stations where we had regular updates over the festival with interviews with artists and bands, recording of concerts and many more. You can see more on our website or on our youtube site.
