Darkwood Dub have been one of the leading alternative rock bands from Serbia for twenty years. Their status as one of the most influential acts in the region has lasted for many years due to the fact that the band was struggling for survival at the beginning. In the previous few years, after Vasil Had?imanov had joined the band, Darkwood Dub turned to a more deeper exploration of jazz improvisation’ magical possibilities, so their thriving fanbase is not a surprise, as well as their status as a very special band and a symbol of a possible social change that starts with music.
