SUNANDBASS Recordings proudly presents its next release: a reworked single from A Sides, featuring a VIP of the classic SAB anthem "Arctic' with the late legend MC Fats, and a brand-new remix of "Need' by Trex.

This release is a true connection to our roots, reimagining two much-loved tracks from the "Fours' EP (2020), since they are ever close to our core and cherished within our community. It's also a heartfelt tribute to our close friend Fats, whose energy and love remain written in drum and bass's DNA.

Kicking things off with "Arctic VIP', A Sides revisits this deep, emotive, and timeless track featuring MC Fats. A cornerstone of the SUNANDBASS sound, "Arctic' has long embodied the feeling behind Fats' words for SUNANDBASS "Love That Vibe", a sentiment that's lived on through every reunion in Sardinia. This VIP version continues that legacy, celebrating Fats' lasting influence and spirit. On the B-side, Trex returns to the label following his debut EP "Dream of a Dream' (early 2025) with an energetic and epic remix of "Need'. His signature style fuses perfectly with the unmistakable SUNANDBASS energy, a track built to ignite dance floors and offer a taste of what Trex brings to our imprint.

We're honoured to welcome A Sides back to the label, a long-time member of the SAB family, who has headlined countless nights in Sardinia, led label tours, hosted parties, and produced numerous iconic releases. This reimagined release stands as both a celebration of our shared history and a tribute to MC Fats' enduring legacy.
