On the night of Friday June 13, Sónar 2014 becomes the best club imaginable, with four huge dancefloors where dance music, high sound quality and the unique atmosphere of Sónar set the tone.

At SonarClub, the largest of the four Sónar by Night spaces, visitors will be able to enjoy the first date on the new tour by Robyn & Royksopp; the precise techno of the undisputed king of dancefloors worldwide, Richie Hawtin; powerful visual shows by Pretty Lights and Flux Pavillion, two of the hottest names in the new dance music explosion in the USA; the deep techno of Germany's Recondite; and the set by the always reliable Loco Dice, who will be responsible for bringing the curtain down on the evening.

High voltage house and danceable pop will be the stellar sounds at SonarPub. The night kicks off with Asturia's Kresy, just before the live performance by Woodkid and the contemporary beats from Kaytranada. The show by Caribou, one of the night's most most eagerly anticipated concerts, makes way for a final trio that are a real treat: Norway's Todd Terje (the king of cosmic disco), the always solid 2manydjs and, with the first rays of the sun, the new heroes of New York house, The Martinez Brothers, with one of their dazzling four-handed sessions.

SonarLab will feature advanced beats from Evian Christ, Alizzz and Mario Nieto; the precise live show from Downliners Sekt, one of the most important acts in Spain right now; the intense and emotive techno of Moderat and Gesaffelstein, who will both be presenting their new albums live; and once again, an exceptional closing: the show by Four Tet (one of the world's most in-form producers) and the bass music session from Monki, star dj at BBC Radio 1.

The SonarCar stage, with a new layout and a high impact soundsystem, plays host to artists with very different styles, but who all share dance and hedonism as common features. Highlights include the showcase by the prestigious New York label L.I.E.S. (with Svengalisghost and the boss Ron Morelli) and sets by three artists with singular talents and a completely contemporary approach: Visionist, Copeland and the young potential of Happa. The line-up is rounded off by sessions from Eme Dj, the happily returned Professor Angel Sound and Galicia's Mwëslee, head of the Arkestra label, who will end the evening with golden dance beats.
