After their excellent start as official sponsor in the festival with Vice in the last edition, for the second year running Ray-Ban will sponsor one of the stages of San Miguel Primavera Sound. This year Ray-Ban will sponsor one of the most important stages alone with an intense programme of pop, rock and electronic music.

A selection of the most frenzied artists of the festival will play the Ray-Ban stage during the festival. The Canadian superband Broken Social Scene, the bulldozing electronic music of the Fuck Buttons, the timeless pop of The Wave Pictures and the British revelation The XX will play on Thursday 27th. On Friday 28th this stage will offer the naïve music of Cocorosie, the maestro of synthetic pop Marc Almond, the essential Nueva Vulcano and the electronic dance music of The Bloody Beetroots Death Crew 77. The grand finale on the last day will be Grizzly Bear, the pop of Nana Grizol’s Elephant 6, the kings of nineties electronic music Orbital and the long awaited come back of the mythical Sunny Day Real Estate.
