Here are the details of the opening and closing times of the ticket purchase/pickup booths and press, invitation and professional passes:

- The ticket purchase booths and Tick Tack Ticket, PayPal and Entradas.com for the Fòrum will be open from 12.00 hrs at noon until 02.00 hrs in the morning throughout the duration of the festival.

- The invitation pickup booths will be open on Thursay 28th from 12.00 hrs at noon until 03.00 hrs in the morning and on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th from 14.00 hrs in the afternoon until 02.00 hrs in the morning. Press pass and professional pass pickup booths will be open on Thursday 28th from 12.00 hrs at noon to 01.00 in the morning, and on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th from 14.00 hrs in the afternoon to 01.00 in the morning.

- The exchange booths for acces by card  which include the national pre-sale (within Spain), Seetickets UK and FNAC France will be open throughout the duration of the festival from 12.00 hrs at noon until 03.00 hrs in the morning.
