Slovak Record Was Set For The Most Plastic Items Collected For Recycling At An Event

ENVI-PAK, SITA Slovakia, Pohoda Agency and and all festival-goers have  achieved an official Slovak record for the most plastic items collected for recycling at an event thanks to their responsible trash separation. During three days, the festival produced 60,3 tons of waste, with 22.7% of that tonnage recycled /13,7 tons/.  Most of the collected waste - 10,4 tons - was plastic /water bottles, cups, plastic dishes/. Also 2,7 tons of paper and 480 kilos of metal were recycled. Today the collected plastic was weighed in Levice under the supervision of Igor Svitok, the adjudicator of Slovak records. After the recognition of the record, he handed an official record certificate to ENVI-PAK, SITA Slovakia and Pohoda Agency.
