This year, the Trencin Airport will see the British musician and producer John Parish fly in, his name has been the most associated with discovering PJ Harvey, whom he taught to play, produced a substantial number of her albums and so far has been performing in her concert band. It is one of the most sought after producers nowadays, but he has composed a great number of excellent albums and music himself too. The most recently he released an album Screenplay last year, which the server Louder Than War described as a fantastic collection of movie tracks. "Nineteen tracks full of innovation, creativity, beauty and courageous creativity. Every song on this album is good, every single one is worth listening to." It is songs from Screenplay that John will play this summer at our festival.
