We saw the UK-based Band of Skulls at Europavox; it was probably the best show of the whole edition. Mesmerizing blues riffs, heavy guitars and all that with the accompaniment of an emotive, as if intimate, dialogue between their front man Russell Marsden and bassist Emma Richardson. As the Village Voice says, Band of Skulls are "cool enough for hipsters, heavy enough for metal heads, smart enough for muso snobs." Let's see. At Ba?ant Pohoda 2014.
