Today is the opening day of a two-day symposium combined with a workshop in KC Stanica in ?ilina on the ability of art to response to the current situation of society. The participants in today's debate called Provocation or cooperation? will be Jaro Vojtek, known for his socially-oriented documentaries, Tomá? Rafa, a controversial artist and the author of the ?portove múry project who has been mapping new nationalist tendencies in Central Europe, Daniela Kraj?ová, an artist and the author of several community projects who takes interest in the issues of identity in the present, American community director Marcy Arlin and our Michal as a representative of the Festival Saturdays challenge in Mariatchi.
