Some lawyers have a great sense of humor, some even witnessed the beginnings of punk in its country of origin. Ben Challis, the lawyer of the Glastonbury Festival and the Festival Association Yourope, once in a pub conversation revealed that he used to sing in a punk band...a great one! We must have that! And we will! The original Ignerents formed in 1977 in Whitstable in Kent and got on a strong punk wave of the then turbulent period. They existed under this name until 1981. The band had it all going the right way, but its progress was halted by a tragic car accident of the drummer Stan Littlejohn. However, two years ago Ben decided that it was not enough for him to be just to be a part of the British punk history and decided to reform the band. And so Pig Ignerents saw the light of the world again - a band with pure punk sound and charismatic Ben with the microphone...you can't miss this lawyer in action.
