Liebe/Dear Freedom Sounds Supporters (English text below!),

leider mussten wir das Festival noch einmal um ein Jahr verschieben. Auch wenn sich die Lage mittelfristig durch die Impfungen verbessern wird, bis Ende April wird die Situation noch nicht so sein, dass wir unser Festival so durchführen können, wie wir uns alle das vorstellen. Der neue Termin ist 22. und 23. 04. 2022.

Es gibt auch gute Nachrichten: Wir haben schon Bestätigungen von fast allen Künstlern, dass sie auch beim neuen Termin dabei sind. Hinzu werden auch noch ein oder zwei Top Acts kommen. Die bereits gekauften Tickets bleiben einfach noch ein Jahr gültig. Der Vorverkauf über Kölnticket und den Underdog Recordstore ist entsprechend umgestellt worden.

Außerdem planen wir weiterhin drei Veranstaltungen für dieses Jahr und hoffen, dass sie alle stattfinden können:

26. 6. Freedom Sounds Chill Out Session Nr. 2

14. 8. Easy Skanking for Gebäude 9 mit The Clerks (Konzert zum20-jährigen Bandjubiläum), Johnny Reggae Rub Foundation, Masons Arms, Kapelle#3, Mick Clare, Joe Scholes, Boss Capone und weitere Gäste. Tickets für 15 Eur (plus Gebühren) gibt es bereits beim Underdog Recordstore und bei Kölnticket. Soli-Festival: Alle Einnahmen gehen ans Gebäude 9!

10./11. 12. Freedom Sounds Christmas Special. Zwei Tage Spektakel, u.a. mit Potato 5 (Reunion nach 32 Jahren!!!) und Frau Doktor.

Unfortunately, we had to postpone the festival for another year. Even if the situation will improve due to the vaccinations, the end of April comes too soon. The new date is 22 and 23 April 2022.

There is also good news: We already have confirmations from almost all the artists that they will also be there for the new date. One or two top acts will even be added. Tickets already purchased will simply remain valid for another year. The advance sale via Kölnticket and the Underdog Recordstore has been changed accordingly.

14. August - Easy Skanking for Gebaued 9 with The Clerks (20th anniversary band concert), Johnny Reggae Rub Foundation, Masons Arms, Kapelle#3, Mick Clare, Joe Scholes, Boss Capone and more guests. Tickets at Eur15 (plus fees) are already available at Underdog Recordstore and Kölnticket. Fundraiser-Festival: All proceeds go to Gebäude 9!

10/11 December - Freedom Sounds Christmas Special. Two-day spectacle, including Potato 5 (reunion after 32 years!!!) and Frau Doktor.
