Massage has always been part of Flora's life. She wants to share it with people, help them to respond to their needs & reconnect with their body.

Flora is a fully qualified practitioner since 2007 and has trained in both France & India over the last 13 years.

Flora's bespoke  "Flow Massage' is a fusion of massages Flora has learned of the years, a combination of the techniques involving Ayurvedic and Ayurvedic yoga, Swedish, Chinese foot and Indian head massage.
