Volunteers are an integral part of the festival team, and at DtRH we make sure we look after ours 

You get to tell us what type of experience you'd like to gain, with most people getting their first or second choice. You'll get fed on the days you're on shift, and you also get plenty of time to relax and enjoy the festival too!
