| LYY With great voices, fiddle, nyckelharpa (keyed fiddle), guitar and percussion LYY creates music where the lyric sounds and the melody brings stories to life. Our performance is characterized by our playful communication, and joyful and humoristic way of looking at music and life and has been describes as: "Swedish traditional folk music in a lively conversation with jazz and rock at a flashy cocktail party…delicious!" Swedish folk music that will soothe your mind, captivate your heart, and rock your socks off! LYY’s repertoire consists of traditional music and self-penned material with a swinging flow, beautiful love songs, groovy medieval ballads and comical stories in a highly entertaining show. All arrangements are performed with energy, preciseness and a good sense of humor. The years 2012 and 2013 will be filled with many exciting concerts, workshops, and tours in Sweden and abroad. Belgium, Germany, Canada, Scotland, Norway and Finland are some of the countries Lyy will visit. LYY was formed in 2006 and we've released two albums since then. Our latest CD "två" was released in June 2012. Baltic Briefing chose our first album as "Best CD of the year" and we were one of the nominated groups for the Swedish Folk music awards 2011.
