| Dear Sir/Madam, The Matt Jacobs Band sets out to prove that you don't have to be in your fifties and drink a bottle of whisky a day to play the rock and blues as it should be played. Matt’s reputation as one of the greatest guitar players around is continually growing. The musical depth of the live performances captivates every single listener. Matt formed the band in 2006 with one single ambition: to leave the crowd in awe after having seen a performance from the Matt Jacobs Band. The Matt Jacobs Band plays original songs as well as songs originally recorded by artists such as Johnny Lang, Joe Bonamassa, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Kenny Wayne Shepherd as well as classics from Fleetwood Mac, Derek and the Dominoes and Led Zeppelin. The result: a night filled with rock and blues played by some of the best musicians around. The Matt Jacobs Band consists of Matt Jacobs on guitar, his brother Bram on drums and Dirk Pauwels on bass and vocals.
