| The band is complete, the promo CD is recorded, the songs have been written....... let's enter the stages! EVENING SKIES was founded in August 2011 bay Falko H. and Dennis H. It took just a couple of weeks to arrange the first songs and to find a second guitar-player, a bass-man and a lady on the mic. The first songs got recorded an we realized, that ES is creating something very special. In oktober 2011, our guy on bass left the band due to some personal reasons. In took just three weeks to find a new member on bass. Lemmi joined EVENING SKIES and is now part of the hard 'n heavy rhythm faction. In Dezember, after four months of hard work, blood sweat and tears (greets to MH!), we decided to book a studio for our first promo release. We booked it for early march 2012. In january 2012 our singer left the band due to some personal and geographical reasons and EVENING SKIES was without vocals....... ....for one week! Cathy joined EVENING SKIES an we are so proud an happy havin' her as our vocalist. Cathy is the voice of EVENING SKIES In feruary 2012 we decided to go into the studio with just on guitar-player,falko, so we splited up with our second guitar-player due to some ...."reasons". In march we went into the studio, recorded the promo-tracks and received the mix at the end of march. Not quite happy with the mix, we took al the stuff and went to another, for us more fitting studio and there our songs got mixed and mastered. During this period, we found our ne second guitar-man, tobi. May 2012: EVENING SKIES is ready to rock! |
