| April Uprising was founded in the beginning of 2011. Three of it's 5 members are rooted in Wuppertal, where they chose to practise and work on their first EP, entitled "to all those who walk...", which is being released in september 2011. When it comes to describing their musical style, the band often falls silent, since it has always been their ambition to create a form of music which cannot be put into rules or clear structures. The band's songs tell stories and are written as such, for they start at a certain point and follow a plot, leading the listener to a conclusion. It's all about experience, and so each song contains a message, that goes out to all those who walk... |
