We Meet As Strangers

We meet as strangers was formed in 2015 and consists of Felix Hubert (vocals, guitar) and Julian Werner (synthesizer, drums). Live gigs are performed with help of Thomas Hruschka (bass) and Jan Mahler (drums).

Since then they released an album, an EP and two singles. They are genre neutral, self producing and take inspiration from Indie Pop, Indie Rock, Folk, Pop Punk.

In 2018 they were diagnosed with experimental tendencies when they started using instruments such as: Julian's printer Felix' electrical toothbrush, every lamp they could sample before they got kicked out of IKEA, a voice memo of Felix ranting about a destroyed synthesizer (don't worry, he's fine now - we mean the synth, not Felix) and a school class stomping and clapping

wir sind eine vierköpfige Band (Schagzeug, Bass, Synth, Gitarre/Vocals).

Mit unseren Songs können wir eine Stunde füllen. Genremäßig bewegen wir uns dabei im Bereich Indie-Rock mit Möglichkeit, die Setlist rockiger oder auch softer/unplugged zu spielen. Insgesamt sind die Songs eher upbeat und tanzbar.

Bei Normalbesetzung benötigen wir In-Ear-Monitoring. (Bei Akustik-Sets ist dieses aber nicht notwendig).

Ursprünglich kommen wir aus der Region Stuttgart, sind aber für Auftritte in ganz Deutschland/Osterreich/Schweiz offen.
