Shazalakazoo

Making electronic music since 1998; performing it live since 2000. ShazaLaKazoo is a 4 member live electronic act hailing from Belgrade (Serbia) formed by Milan Djuric (laptop, usb-clarinet, kazoo) and Uros Petkovic (electric violin, turntable). The band creates and performs danceable electronic music spiced with the sounds originating from their own region – the Balkans, as well as from Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. The result is the unique musical blend which they simply call “the Folkstep”. ShazaLaKazoo has four full-lenght studio albums: “Speaking Balkanian” (2010), “Karton City Boom” (2011), “Monobrow” (2014) and “Metanational” (2016), as well as numerous EPs, singles and remixes.
