| Die Band NOT FOR SAINTS wurde bereits 1998 gegründet. In den darauf folgenden 2 Jahren wurden zahlreiche regionale und überregionale Konzerte gespielt. Als Headliner sowie im Vorprogramm von namhaften Bands. Darüber hinaus hat die Band 1999 eine 4 Song EP „War of souls“ veröffentlicht. Unglücklicher Weise stellte die Band im Jahr 2000 sämtliche musikalische Aktivitäten ein. Die Bandmitglieder gingen eigenen Projekten nach. 2015 wurde NOT FOR SAINTS von den beiden Gründungsmitgliedern, Michael Pfisterer und Achim Klaus, wieder ins Leben zurückgerufen. NOT FOR SAINTS wurde wieder erweckt -erweckt mit neuen Band Mitgliedern und gewaltigem Songmaterial. Im Laufe der folgenden Wochen wurde Max Byczek mit in die Band aufgenommen. Sein musikalischer Einfluss brachte die Band zu einer maßgeblichen Neuausrichtung in der Stilrichtung. Nach langer und mühseliger Suche konnte die Band Steffen Eßwein als fähigen Schlagzeuger gewinnen. Sein kraftvoller Stil und die langjährige Erfahrung aus verschiedenen Bandprojekten fließen in die Dynamik der Band mit ein. Anfang 2017 wurde auf Soundcloud die neue 3 Song EP „Unholy“ veröffentlich. Darauf startete die Band ihre Live Präsenz im Süddeutschen Raum. Im Sommer 2017 veröffentlichte die Band auf Youtube einen neuen Song als Lyric Video „I, the creator“. NOT FOR SAINTS orientiert sich an neuen und modernen Metal-Stilrichtungen. Nu Metal, Metalcore und Post Grunge sind die treibenden Motivatoren. English below: The band NOT FOR SAINTS was founded in 1998.
