Defqon.1 Festival ist ein großes Festival der härteren eletkronischen Musik.
Das Festival wurde seit 2003 am Strand von Almere veranstaltet. Seit 2011 findet das Event in Walibi World in Biddinghuizen statt.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das aufwendige Bühnenset und die Lichteffekte, die die bis zu 150 Djs und Liveacts bei ihrne Auftritten unterstützen.
Wer Tickets möchte, sollte sich frühzeitig drum kümmern, da das Event oft nach wenigen Stunden ausverkauft ist.
