In der Mitte Hollands in Walibi World entsteht durch das Lowland eine eigene kleine Stadt mit vielen Bars, Märkten und Geschäften, einer eigenen Zeitung, einer eigenen Währung uvm. Auf mehreren Bühnen wird alternative Musik und das Rahmenprogramm mit z.B. Comedy Show, Literatur, und Theater performt. Zelten ist im Preis inbegriffen. Campingbusse zahlen eine zusätzliche Gebühr. Von den Bahnhöfen Harde und Lelystad gibt es kostenlose Shuttlebusse.
